Partial Day of Coordination 

Best of both worlds

Pre-Wedding

Two pre-wedding consultations/unlimited emails, phone calls (I return messages and emails/calls within 24 hours)

Get the best of both worlds – Coordination on a budget 

  • Supplying any needed vendor recommendations and access to preferred vendor list

  • Extending vendor discount (pending which vendor is booked) 

  • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline/ with basic outline of the day

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony (rehearsal is add on pending schedule) 

  • Full wedding check list

 

Wedding Day

  • 6 hours on-site with your lead coordinator (start time no earlier then 12pm until after ceremony, with a max of 6 hours) 

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors 

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring all bouquets get to bridal party

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Providing an emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups until after Ceremony 

  • Coordinate vendors drop off and pick ups

  • Hand off detailed timeline to DJ to run the rest of the evening and or point person in wedding party 

Full Day of Coordination

  • 8 hours on-site with your lead coordinator and one assistant (pending on size of wedding) (125.00 per additional hour added on) 

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors (full setup is a addon) 

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring all bouquets get to bridal party

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Providing an emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Coordinate vendors drop off and pick ups

  • Exclusive access to rentals (first pick) pricing pending rental item/ some items included  ( votives, table numbers) 

  • over $300.00 in rental items

Wedding Day

  • 10 hours on-site with your coordinator and one assistant (pending wedding size) (125.00 per additional hour added on)

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc. décor for tables, take down of all items décor that belong to simply bliss or that client have provided.

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring all bouquets get to bridal party

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors and guest during the event

  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

  • Providing an emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Coordinate vendors drop offs and pick up

  • Exclusive Access to rentals, basic rentals included (inquire within) - 

  • Over $400.00 in rental items

Pre-Wedding – 

Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist

  • Establishing priorities, developing, and tracking the budget

  • Ceremony + reception venue location (if not already booked)

  • Vendor recommendations, negotiations, and bookings

  • Four pre-wedding consultations/ unlimited emails phone calls (I return messages and emails/calls within 24 hours)

  • Vendor Contract review

  • Full wedding check list

  • Vendor/Reception Mapping

  • Vendor management and Communications

  • Extend Vendor discounts (pending vendor booked)

  • Creation and execution of a design scheme/ design board 

  • General advice and consultation

  • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitating the ceremony/able to add on Rehearsal pending on other work/rehearsal schedule and location/time (no additional charge) 

 

Wedding Day

  • 12hours on-site with your coordinator and up to one assistant (pending on wedding size) (125.00 per additional hour added on) not to exceed 14 hours (this package only)

  • Directing the ceremony processional

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors and tear down of all items for décor etc.

  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring all bouquets get to bridal party

  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed

  • Providing a stocked emergency kit

  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Coordinate vendors drop offs and pickup
